Post 'em here. Personally I love the direction they're taking with this. The load time was a little long, but the menus and UI are clean af, and everything in and out of combat is fast and fluid. Music a bit reminiscent of Chrono Trigger. The one downside I'd say is limited attack animations for both player characters and enemies.

On a different note, does anyone know where we are supposed to submit feedback for the demo to Squeenix? The Direct said we'd be able to.

I don't play RPGs that often but I decided to give this demo a shot and ended up enjoying it alot. Day one purchase for me. The graphics were beautiful and the music was pretty good.

too bad I don't own a switch yet, I would have loved testing that demo.
Heyy, they should make the demo on other consoles too ! haha (try the game on PS4 ... you want it? buy the other console!)
    why should I buy a switch for a demo if I won't like it and won't need a switch ? :(

I like the graphics I've seen in the nintendo direct, it has a lot of Romancing saga 3 vibes, and having multiple characters is also a SaGa series mark.
I feel nostalgic to Snes era.

I was happy to be able to turn off voice audio. It looks great. Granted I only played up until the "boss villain" the dungeon was very small and linear and I understand this doesn't represent the entire game. I wanted to be able to ENTER shops, not just get a menu slapped in my face when clicking on a door. I played as the lady character and gave all I had at the boss and I probably would've killed him with another couple of rounds but he just wouldn't go down. I had even stocked up on healing items.

I desperately want less talking and more free roam and exploration. All I did was click through dialogue through the entire demo.

I think that the game have the appropriate dialogue density for what the demo showed, but something that's missing, being able to skip dialogue cutscenes if you get a game over. I've saved just before this boss fight, lost it first time while trying to get the weaknesses of the enemies (I was a bit under leveled also) and then had to keep pressing A to skip the dialogue manually (and it was a long one also). If they add this quality of life option in the final game (most likely that it's missing on the demo because the engine was focused to the fight aspect) it'll be a lot better.
I think that the survey will be up on the squenix site at a later date to give time to people to actually play the demo to exhaustion of it's content.

I haven't finished the demo yet, but I'm really enjoying it! I was going to buy it regardless, since it's from the Bravely team, but the story and gameplay are excellent so I know it'll be worth the money.
I do hope they have an option for larger text though. It's so hard to read everything.

Watch the GBATemp Twitch channel tonight, I'm going to try and stream it. Haven't played it myself, so you can see my reactions as well as check it out yourself!

    I believe it's a nintendo switch exclusive.

In Soviet Russia you're the Location
The dancer's story is full of cliche & so dull, the fighter's one is much better. Shops are clunky, no skipping of a cutscenes is lame. Also if you approach & talk to the key NPC, the game throw you back in a cutscene so you come to this character again, eventually from another side. Running speed feels too slow for me too. Random encounters aren't too frequent so it's not disturbing. Visuals are great, make this title to feel so "warm". Will wait for reviews to make my buying decision.

As others mentioned, dialogue skipping is a must.
On the topic of dialogue, I also found the dubbing to be distracting as what was said aloud and what was written were not the same. I had to switch to Japanese so that my brain wouldn't try to process the words of the spoken stripped-down vocal dialogue while simultaneously reading the fully fleshed-out written dialogue. Feels like they found the unhappy medium between grunts and fully-voiced.

Battle-wise, I'm not a fan of random encounters, but that's a design choice that's too late for them to be able to change, I assume. I much preferred what games like Chrono Trigger, Mario RPG, and Earthbound did with having actual monsters on screen to avoid or commence battle with.
On the flip side, I found the battle system to be intriguing with the attack multiplier. Seems to add a bit of strategic depth, at least as far as I saw in the demo. Remains to be seen whether that remains through a full game or if it becomes a simple repeated battle pattern you'll find yourself mindlessly repeating over a full campaign.

All-in-all, it has piqued my interest and I'm interested how the full game turns out.

This game is set to be release in spring 2018 right ? I feel it's too early to launch a demo.

How do you mean? It could be just a later strategic release of the game?

I mean't that the game is set to be release in more than 6 momths. A better demo could have been release in 2 or 3 months from now.

It's a day one purchase for me! I enjoyed it a lot, and I was disappointed when I found out it doesn't release until 2018! I am really excited about playing the game!

This was more like an early beta to gather impressions. That way they still have time to change anything if need be.

They are looking for feedback on the demo so they can make changes before they actually release it.
