Searching around the web about a possible fix to DLC being deleted after going to eShop I came to a forum talking about the matter and with a couple of users saying they aren't affected about it.
I came to a conclusion, Nintendo may be keeping a record of your legally downloaded DLCs linked to your NIND. If you delete your NIND of your console they can't check if you legally bought any content on the eShop or not.I tested with Super Smash Bros and after deleting my NIND, going to eShop and starting g the game again my DLC was still there.

I hope it can help all users here and feel free to share your opinions.

    That's incorrect.
NNID has nothing to do with this.
I have 2 3DS systems, one with a NNID and one without.

On the 3DS system without NNID, the problem of disappearing DLC also occurs. (So it have nothing to do with NNID)
On my system with a linked NNID, I tried what you told us to do and, it doesn't work

    I don't know what's with Smash bros.
My DLC always disappear for a lot of games when entering the eShop (even with their ticket installed),
but smash bros DLC always stays.

I thought that was impossible to enter into eShop without a NNID...

make a folder called DLC and put it all in there before installing.

If you're going to pirate DLC then there is no need to even use the eShop, you can find everything you need online.

from what i remember, if you installed those dlcs before you enter eshop for the first time, it stays. after that, it goes. something about the ticket.db and eshop/nnid assuming that a pre-nnid/eshop ticket.db is meant to look like it does, i.E. due to preinstalled contentm but afterwards, it knows when there's stuff you didn't get a real ticket for.

What does that do? also my Smash DLC stays but not Mii Plaza stuff (Some which was bought) or themes, but my friend whose never bought any DLC gets to keep all his ill-gotten DLC. Probably because he never bought any in the first place so Nintendo has no record of what he did or didn't buy.

it tricks the eshop into leaving the folder alone.
it worked with (god kill me why did I try it out?) rusty's real deal baseball.

nintendo gets close to 100% of eshop revenue. they dont for amiibos and anything you buy in a store. so really, buying a digital title or a background is the best you can do.

Well, then the only option is to format and not link your NNID again. This is why I buy physical games.

also not getting what you mean by that. putting all dlc in a folder? do you mean all the dlc cias? it doesn't delete the cia files ever, it only removes the dlc so you need to reinstall them.

no, the other option is to keep it all on the sd and L+R+A install it all every few weeks.
also i need my nnid linked. i do have eshop content that i sometimes reinstall. also for badge arcade.

with physical games, a huge chunk of the money you spend doesn't reach nintendo themselves, due to part of the price being taxes, cost of transportation, the module and packaging, and of course, the retailer margin etc.

If you buy it from nintendo on amazon then it would give them about 90% Also I love amiibo since they remind me of my nendroids.

idk but putting the .cia in the dlc folder kept it when going to the eshop on my arm9.

In my case I own a N3ds and CiAngel and FBI freezes downloading / installing big files. For me CiAngel freezes downloading Mii Plaza DLC. That's why I prefer install tickets and download directly from eShop.

The freezing is a known issue and CiAngel and FBI authors will try to fix it in a upcoming update.

    That seems rather inconvenient.

Not too sure why you think like this, you're money isn't going to the developers. Nintendo is a multi-million dollar company that does not care about you.

are you sure amazon isn't functioning as a retailer in this case?
and nevermind that, it would remain that part of the 15$ or whatever amiibos cost is taxes, another part is transportation, yet another is production and advertising etc etc.
even if they'd make 10$ per amiibo, you're still wasting 5 bucks that could otherwise be nintendos if you instead bought 3 nes vc games

that doesn't matter. i can't afford every game i want to play, so i pirate. but i also want nintendo to make games in the future and so i give them some of the money i can afford. and when i do so, i dont want part of it being drained off by taxes, retailers or whatever. if i spend 15 bucks on nintendo, i want 15 of those bucks to reach their bank accounts

Well, it is not exactly a fix but what if you keep an emuNAND with your NNID linked for when you visit/make purchases on the eShop? This way, you don't need to visit the eShop in the sysNAND, and the games you buy you install as cia. :P
