The Meloetta event is live!

Happy holidays! In honor of Pokémon's 20th Anniversary, Game Freak has been having several events throughout the year where they've been distributing rare Pokemon. The year is coming to a close, and so are the events. Now's your last chance to fill up your 'dex with rare pokemon!

From now to December 24th you can claim your own Meloetta for XYORAS. Luckily, this one is being distributed via WiFi! Just use the mystery gift the the Pokémon is yours!

The Darkrai Distribution has begun globally. This distribution offers a special Level 100 Darkrai to all players of Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire. Unlike the last two Mythical distributions, this one is distributed via code obtained in stores. The codes can be redeemed until August 31st 2016. They are found in the following places

Maybe the event doesn't go live until tomorrow. We probably just caught the tail end of another event. Zygarde is a cool Pokemon and all, but I already have one. (To the trading box it goes!)

Well, Global link said nothing about a Zygarde event, but i found this in Page 1 of the thread

From now to May 24th you can claim your own Darkrai for XYORAS. Unfortunately, unlike the previous two events you're going to have to collect a serial code for this one. I realize this is a bummer, especially since Darkrai was the most anticipated event Pokémon on GBAtemp according to the poll.

To lesson the burden of this, Nintendo is also giving away Zygardes this month, for an undisclosed amount of time. All you have to do connect your system to the internet and receive it through the Mystery Gift!

So Yeah, we should read the front page more often

I looked on Serebii and I found out that it is being distributed through GameStop (for the US anyway).

Really looking forward to those, except Arceus...wish that Gamestop would have a better stock that wouldn't run out in 10 minutes

Darkrai is being distributed via codes everywhere, not just in the US.

Check the front page of Serebii, it says all participating stores (in countries).

Europe has a sudden Zygarde event via wifi, it started 2-3 days ago.

Just wanna note that every time I bump this thread, I also update the OP with the relevant information. So yup, Darkrai is code only, which does stink. I had to go out of my way to get it day one this time because it was a huge hassle for me to get Mew.

But yeah, Zygarde is available by Mystery Gift which is a nice surprise at least.

I Will be getting two darkrai either way because I'll bring my o3ds and n3ds. Maybe I'll just keep one myself and give away the second one.

U know whats funny nobody wants any go lurks that are only obtainable in one of the 3ds games I think Y or x and trust me I had to work to get my golurk lvl 100 even tho I use pc hex ++. I had to give away my uxie in order for a selfish trainer to give her golett named "no" to me
