Hardware Please Help me some issue

I've never played all nintendo console before
I normally play playstation series
but I'm interested in Nintendo Switch so I thought to started playing with wii console.

I found some problem on my wii, It doesn't look like another wii when I got to the wii menu by anyway
such as, when I press the home button on my wiimote and choose to wii menu
Then my wii seems to reset to the first intro screen where the text safety bhaaa.. appear
instead of normal returning

I don't know how to explain because my bad english



As above youtube, You would see at 2:58 when he returned to the wii menu
There're a lot of White tv monitor effect with wii logo before returning.
But me, There's no White tv monitor effect with wii logo. But There is first warning intro screen appear instead and It seems like to reset much than return.

Your Wii looks like it's been heavily modded to the point of possibly breaking things, though I find it interesting that the only thing you care about is the warning screen.
