Misc [PKMN] Dangerous to go online with multiple saves?

I went off to college and I installed a whole bunch of .cias instead of bringing my whole physical 3DS library. I dumped my physical Sun game save into the digital version. My question is, can I go online through the digital version if it's linked through a Global Link account?

Additionally, I shipped the physical copy of Ultra Sun to my home, so I don't have access to it. If I go online through the digital version and later dump the save to the game cartridge, will I be punished for going online through the physical version?

Nope it should be safe, but dont use your save on 2 different systems at The same time.
