ROM Hack PKHeX for Mac 10.5.8?

Hello, (apologies if this is the incorrect spot to be asking about this, it is the closest topic I could find in relation. I have a Mac 10.5.8, and I cannot run most versions of PKHeX. Is there a way to run these on here, or am I wasting my time?
