Justice for All is the sequel, set to come out some time this month. The Japanese version of PW:AAJFA, Gyakuten Saiban 2 which is dumped, has an english option in the main menu.

I have the feeling the american version will just be the japanese version with japanese desactivated and only english available. It was so for pw1 (you can check japanese stuff is still present in pw1)...
