With a similar setup to gateway I.e a 4.x base with a emunand setup, download games, decrypt, repack, profit

If there was a 9.x kernel exploit someone would of been blowing their own trumpet about it by now, even if there was no release

Normal makerom can convert .3ds to .cia, was not custom, and now my CFW is not more unstable, this is perfect(or near of it).

I think there might be a way to install .cia files on newer firmwares using some of the current tools, but I do not know if it will work or not.

I also do not want to post about it publicly because if Nintendo finds out, it will most likely be patched quickly and you will probably have to say goodbye to any possibility of kernel mode on the New 3DS.
