I downloaded Panasonic SD Formatter 3.1 Mac from FileTrip.
For R4 I know I have to format them, FORMAT TYPE - FULL (Erase ON) FORMAT SIZE ADJUSTMENT - ON
But my formatter was Japanese and I'm not sure if I'm doing it right.

There is QuickFormat and OverWritFormat.
In the "option" there is something about doing or not doing AddressAdjustment.

Please tell me what to do.

I'd think "OverWritFormat." would be better than "QuickFormat".
