PAL Super Mario All-Stars on Super Famicom via Lockout removal

Can I play the PAL Version of Super Mario All Stars on a Japanese Super Famicom with just a simple removal of pin 4 of the CIC lockout chip in the console, or can I do it by removing the lockout on the cartridge?

use an adapter , SFC had some well made onde since you cound not use usa-snes cart there, probably it can adapt region too

I tested it. It gives me a black screen. Also, what converters/adapters can play PAL SMAS on JAP SFC?

probably there are an extra slot of cart behind, that you put the cart of your region there ... at least was like this on n64games :v

Do you know one that bypasses the 50hz/60hz check, like SMAS?

I don't know how these work but when you sue these with two slot, the adapter make it read the region chip from the cart behing and the game from the other in front.
