Anyway, I'm not saying everyone should know what "Lost in blue" is, but they should definitely look it up before commenting on it.
On the other hand, you have to admire the author's way of using his own ignorance to make a joke: "...illustration of the entire 'what the fuck does that even mean' concept of being lost in blue..."

Back on topic (again): I reccomend trying your painting skills on a replacement shell first, and then on te original one (if you didn't like how the replacement one came out; if it came out okay, just replace the original one.). It will cost you, but it reduces the chance of screwing something up
