Thanks for the info. Looks like they have a R4i SDHC, any thoughts on this? http://www.modchipsdirect.com/r4i-3ds-r4ds-wood.html Buying from U.S. is worth an extra 5 to 10 bucks for me.

I believe that card is actually an Acekard clone, rather than a 1:1 of the original R4, which did not support SDHC.

As someone mentioned above, if you just want to play DS roms and do some 8-bit emulation, any old card will do.
