still not working for me for some reason it is slightly different with the original which was playing just fine and i have a 1mb shorter file can you tell me how you decompress it thought? i opened the cpk_unpack.exe and i still had an instant open-close of the programm which absolutely nothing happened soo shall i just copy inside the folder the .cpk or open the cmd.exe programm and run it from it? btw i checked the informations for the original one and the homemade one and it was the same but slighlty different still i got the force close on the psp

How:
1. Extract ALL.CPK with cpk_unpack.exe using CMD (everything will be extracted to all.cpk_unpacked);
2. Rename folder ALL.CPK_UNPACKED to ALL (important! just ALL!);
2. Do EDIT files you want;
3. In RePACKING, use CriFileMajik;
4. OPEN base directory for repacking (that is the 'ALL' folder);
5. Just select the folder ALL in the drop down menu, then click OK;
6. Now, click BUILD CPK FILE;
7. Make sure of the following OPTIONs:
DATA ALIGN: 512
FileMode: Filename
TryCompression: UNCHECKED
MaskedDirectory: UNCHECKED
8. Wait till finished repacking....
9. A file - ALL.CPK - will be created...
10. Test it....
11. If it won't work, experiment with the above OPTIONS... but, it will work.

OK first off, don't qudra post. Double posting is bad enough.
2nd, To use the patch get UMDGen and open up the ISO of your game. Extract the All.CPK file. Use one of the programs in the thread to Extract the contents of the All.CPK. Replace the common.pac. Use the Program you got from the thread to save a new All.CPK. Replace the old All.CPK in your ISO with UMD gen. Enjoy.

If you fail to be able to use CPKTools for extracting you can use quickbms.
So now we have 3 methods
1. CPK_Unpack+CriFileMajik
2. CPKTools
3. QuickBMS+CrifileMajik/CPKTools
Hmm...I still get the black screen in the shop when I sell an item and in the workshop when I forge something.. 
2012Z and romstar srsl it worked? im trying every single posible compination in my psp and everytime i keep
getting same problems every time (freezing when i launch the game) can someone import my file (the translated one) and sent me back the cpk to try it? i want to see how it is in the game so i can finaly move on to the rest story if it is looking good btw im using the 6.20 pro b-10 just to know (btw i could totally use both tools but i couldnt repack the files so that there was no problem and the same problem was even if i was repacking and then building without changes the original cpk not even worked,btw can you test it too to know if it is a homebrew error or just the cpk ,if you do it just start a new game to test and see if it even start the game? my best try was starting the game but it wouldnt run the game it would stuck in the begining ) ty btw

RePACKed ALL.CPK on my method (CPK_Unpack+CriFileMajik)... using same DATA ALIGN value as the ORIGINAL ALL.CPK. Though no editing was made. Just to check if this method will work... result: IT WORK!

Tried building the original ALL.CPK.. it work... must be with the editing... can i see your EDITED file... I'll try it on my method.

in this late hour u making such requests? well whatever im glad i always carry the original ones i hope these are the original ones!!! im 90% they are well have fun with the original one piece ^^(forgot the ace one)
