So we have one of the smaller 3ds original models. The top plate is like a clear plastic shell. Well our dog finally got to it and bumped it from my sons hands and it formed a ugly crack on the edges of the clear top plate. I tried pushing it up and it seems to be held on by some sort of adhesive. Maybe a spray adhesive that would soften with a hairdryer.
Wanted to ask though before I continue on removing it as my-worker has a broken one that she will give me. So I wanted to know how to remove the plates so I can switch them between each other. I just hope I don't have to dissasemble the whole thing as that would be too hard.
