Hardware Offline List 0.6.3b Updates?

Over the years I've changed HDD's and computers numerous times so recently I decided to sort out my GBA ROMs as they had become a mess.

I looked around and opted to try Offline List. However, I can't update it to get the screenshots. I presume the server is now (ironically!) offline...

Is there a collection somewhere that I can download and stick in the appropriate folder?

Also, there used to be a site called Raffles that contained all the box arts for GBA games. Is there something similar these days?

Why not just store your GBA files on the cloud with something like dropbox or mega?
