Hello guys
I have a problem with my sky3DS red button
when I write the game on diskwriter appears this message:

"The file (ocarina of time.3ds) contained invalid data at 0x1400 this has been replaced using the information
in template.txt. Do you still wish to add another copy?
THIS IS A EEPROM TYPE GAME"

Ok, but when I go to my 3DS and play OoT appears another message saying this:
"creating save file", ok, I do a new file and save the game BUT when I turn off my 3DS and play Ocarina Of Time
the game shows me this message: "Creating Save FILEEE"

I hate this and I'm feed up :(

I have a Sky3DS and it does the job just fine for what it's supposed to do. Haters gonna hate.

"The file (ocarina of time.3ds) contained invalid data at 0x1400 this has been replaced using the information
in template.txt. Do you still wish to add another copy?

When this message shows up (meaning for ALL of the games that you add, even for the so-called "Blue Button" version of the card), always click "Yes".

Get the latest template file from sky3ds's website (along with the latest settings.ini).

"The file (ocarina of time.3ds) contained invalid data at 0x1400 this has been replaced using the information
in template.txt. Do you still wish to add another copy?
THIS IS A EEPROM TYPE GAME"

Choose "Yes" when this message shows up.

And make sure that there's enough space on the card... Maybe that could be it.

Right. Try using a blank SD card and write the clean ROM from a clean template file, I'm pretty sure that later DiskWriter revisions made that tool obsolete. Be sure to click the red button after you finish playing to transfer the save file. If that doesn't work, convert the game to EEPROM NO and adjust the template file accordingly. Remember not to write your first 10 games to the SD card, otherwise you'll autoscroll uncontrollably.

And the other 2 games save properly?

Then the Zelda OOT ROM is fucked. Get a different one. Same region, maybe same release group, but get it archived if possible (in itty bitty .r01 .r02, etc., pieces). Scene releases, not some shitty p2p version or direct download link from some shoddy website. Know your warez!
