A guy I know gave me a PSP 2000, free of charge, it's on an old 3.xx firmware since he hasn't used it in god knows how long. I've got a PSP 2000 on 6.60PRO CFW. What should I do with this other one?

Also, on my CFW PSP, I've got an error (80431075) and it won't connect to anything, PSN, Browser or anything like that. Is it the CFW or what?

Update to 6.20 for autobooting CFW, maybe?

Yeah, it's the CFW. Just install the plug-in called psnlover.
Also, 2000th post! Wooh!

I believe that the current CFW can be installed from the latest (and likely last ever since it wasn't updated in a few years) OFW, so you update it and then install the CFW.

I did that on my 3000 and didn't have any issues with PSN either.
