Hacking Nusgrabber Downloaded file size is different than the update in game is that normal?

i downloaded latest update for my region USA xenoblade chronicle X folder size was 110 MB

i followed steps in here https://gbatemp.net/threads/wup-installer-title-installer-firmware-spoofing-5-3-2-5-4-0.397053/

waited 30 minutes and the game is working fine for several days now ingame screen title shows 1.0.2 and it doesnt ask for update

the update size in WII u storage is 85 MB

only problem now is game never goes online mode, it always starts with offline mode

am using tubehax and url filtering
