    Yes, id
Yes, i do with 2 different sd card, oops 2 different microsd, with adapter.
So this problem just sd card? Not triggering ntrboot problem?

Can the flashcart which is used for NTRBoot and b9s installation be flashed back to be used as a normal DS cart for DS ROMs?

if you backed up the firmware before you flashed, then yes.

otherwise only if someone has a backup for you.

if it's a r4i-bs9, their flasher (fixed version) can make it work.

the gateway blue card works for this? I havent saw it listed
    what is a MCU?
I have a problem with a "particular brick" here, not sure if cause by impact on the board or by messing around with it, but I haven't made something like trying to bend it, playing Frisbee or something, I have any hope?

Couple of ntrboot related things to report

    1. modchipsdirect is having a black friday sale right now.
the best thing is a dual card ntrboot/nds pack called r4i-kit. It's $13 down from $15.
(i'm not a shill for them - just thought the info could be helpful)

    2. nds-card just posted this:
(2017.11.24) Please choose DHL for Christmas gift
    Dear friends,

Christmas is coming, the speed of postal services has dropped, the average shipping time is 10-25 business days, about 15-30 natural days. 60 days is the deadline. Very very few orders arrive within 65-70 days (For South America and African countries).

if you want receive the order before christmas, from now on please choose DHL for the shipping method, We are not sure if the post airmail orders will arrive before Christmas or not.

    Thanks for your understand.

omg r4-kit just cloned the bs9 part of the ace3dsx. i know this because you have to put a sd micro into the flashcart. says so right on the page. WOW....

    how hilarious can you get?

Are you sure you can tell all of this by the fact it needs a microSD? I think there are a few of those.
And are you talking about this card(s)?

    yes.

they even copied ace3ds X instructions. EXACTLY.

    a clone is a clone.

what's particularly silly is that the kit is ntr only with a separate ds cart. so there is no good reason for a dedicated ntr only card to even have the sdcard slot, unless it intends to copy stuff over from the cart. and if that were the case, it would have stuff to put there.

If it wasn't a clone of the same tech, it wouldn't need the sdmicro in it.

Try using the R4i-b9s backup from that website. It should work with your card.

Mine isn't either, but it worked for me (although mine was a different card from yours). Just open "unbrick R4i-b9s.zip" from that page, drag the ntrboot folder from that zip onto the root of your 3DS sd card, then open ntrboot_flasher.firm (the official one from the ntr team's github) and choose R4i-sdhc, then restore. It might not work, but it won't brick your card if it doesn't (it'll just say your card isn't compatible or something).
