Those codes are ActionReplay3DS codes, not GateSharks codes.

As soon as I have a stable version yes.
For now it's in early beta and it's buggy and no userfriendly.
I'm reworking the code to make it more liable, and I'll release it when it'll be stable enough in its basic version.
The version @chronoss have is more a sum of my thought on doing a converter than a well done program.
So now that know that it's working I'm making it more usable, liable etc.

GATESHARK2NTR is a program for converting Gateshark codes to NTR plugins automatically that I'm currently working on.
It's a personal tool for now but tomorrow, it will be for everyone, just wait for officiel version
