FIXED! No permissions to see own warnings

Was curious about my warnings, apparently I don't have permissions and others have confirmed the same.

I can confirm I have the same issue as well on my end.

I noticed this I think the first day we had V5. I then promptly forgot about it six seconds later.

Yep, same here.
I think V5 used to display them at some point.
