Gaming NNID, games are saved to the account? bundle?

hi, so, when you create the nnid and link it to your 3ds, once you buy a game, if you have another 3ds and link the same nnid to that, you can download the game there too?

if so, i think i read something about previous downloads, upon creating my nnid.
like, all the things i previously bought will be tied to me nnid now, right?

what about games that come bundled with the 3ds, like, animal crossing etc.
will that become tied to your nnid?

Linked to NNID but one copy on one 3ds only

so if bought a game on the eshop, lose my 3ds, and buy and new one and link my nnid to it, i can't download that game?

so nnid is just for sharing funds and friends?

You can only link your Nintendo Network ID to ONE 3DS system at the time. I tried it out with my 2nd 3DS and I got an error when trying to link. :3

Indeed. Only Ninety has the power to override and change your Serial from 3ds/2ds coupled with your NNID. You can do it yourself only with the Data transfer option.
