Hardware Nintendo Switch: Can we update firmware through USB?

Can we download the Switch firmware and update the Switch through USB just like the PS4?

Confirmed? There goes my plan of prepping for possible Hax.
Then i will be resorting to buying physical carts instead if it's like the 3DS.

Almost sure. No Nintendo console has ever have a update system via USB. Only thing you can do is update it using Internet. Hax is soo far, hackers have to investigate how this console works and all... And I don't see a 'plan' upgrading using USB... ?

A'right, maybe if one day hax appears, they develope something like the PSVita, but i doubt it a lot. We are in early days... let time pass
