I saw this recently in some game channels, like "LiNX 4" and "SCMowns". (Fun Fact: "A bit long ago, SCMowns held a fan challenge: the first 10 players which beat a certain course of him and claim it, would earn a paid Steam game for free!)

This would be a replace with the "now risky" Miiverse. Sorry, but I don't know a way to bypass the ban, since I'm a CEMU leech -- take a notice to my flag

Thats why i say "dont use miiverse"
It gives many other ways to share your levels.
Fun Fact: a few of my banned levels already recorded from a few youtuber

if he advertises too much on the miiverse about his levels, the miiverse account should be the one banned.
that would be the equivalent of:
he drives his Volkswagen all day on the city, so the police took his bus pass

As Nintendo replied you, they have deleted your account so that your spamming tactics don't give you any advantage over the people who don't spam. They didn't ban you, and that's good enough, I think.
You can argue whether the punishment was fair or unfair, but complaining here won't help you.

One thing: be aware that posting calls or emails from someone that hasn't given you permission to post them can be illegal in some countries.

Also, the best thing you can do is accept your loss and live with it. They could ban you if you start bothering too much, or threat you to sue you for the emails posted here ( a little bit over reacting, but you know how they deal with youtubers).
