Gaming Nintendo really needs to add a Master mode to their Pokemon games

Wouldn't it have been weird? Gen 1 remake > Gen 2 Remake > Gen 4 Remake > Gen 3 Remake?

Nintendo went in this order

Gen 3, gen 1 remake, gen 4, gen 2 remake, gen 5, sequel, gen 6, gen 3 remake, gen 7, sequel

Nintendo has been known to mix things up and I'm not sure that they will remake gen 4 or gen 5. It would be a while before they do gen 4 because d/p is still playable on the current system. It would be a while after the 3ds is dead

...you have just proven my point. Look at only the remakes. The first remake was of gen 1. The second one was of gen 2. The third was of gen 3.

Game freak is also not known to be predictable. People generally thought that the gen 4 remakes would be the next games but Nintendo decided to make a sequel. There is also a chance that they will try something new and maybe skip a gen 4 remake.

There is a theory that they will only make a remake after the games that are going to be remade cant be played on the latest console. With the switch getting main series games, its possibly that.

Well idk how you could really make pokemon harder your battling ais in the story that will be worse then any human player so you can just over level or have the correct types and moves. Hard mode in bw2 doesn't really make it much harder just makes it so you have to grind more really. If you've played the dark rising hack its just a grind fest do you think grinding for hours is fun?

just turn off your exp share and have fun grinding manually.
every pokemon game has always been easiest, when you literally only use your starter and maybe one more pokemon.

thats why you're supposed to raise a whole team and change pokemon here and there.

one way or another, it still comes down to a grinding game. i certainly remember having to lose-grind against trainers with elemental advantage and overleveled pokemon in ash gray and growing really tired of it.
as with most pokemon-romhacks that feel like forcing the player to grind all the time does make the game harder. it just makes an easy game more tedious.

if you want this level of challenge and tediousness, don't just powerlevel one pokemon and rush through the game, level but 12 and there you go.
you will never be overleveled and every battle will force you back to the pokemon center. just like in the romhacks
