Hacking [Nintendo Badge Arcade] custom app icon badges?

do they exist? and if so, where can I find them?

I've tryed to edit app badges, but they result in normal badges. So I have the same question...

They exist, and the GTYB manual explains how how to create links!

But you can only link to apps on internal storage (title id 00040010-*)!

There is a forum out there with TONS of badges on GBATemp but I can never find it :/
