We just got handed a scoop for some important news with one of the next-generation consoles. We can't talk about any specifics yet, but you have our word that this announcement is something worth waiting for.

With the big Wii info PRESUMABLY 1 week away (if they do release everything at that event and not surprise us tonight of course), I would actually guess it's some big news from Sony. Seems about right to me that if they have some big things still in store for PS3 that around now would be the time to reveal some.

This fake news are going to be a major blow to Joystiq's credibility! everyone had this info and didn't gave a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT like them did. Man, loook at their posts they are already over 350!! It will do good with advertisers I guess...
