I posted a syscheck below. I can not load iso games off my usb drive. I do not know what i am doing wrong.

I have formatted the USB to fat32 and then with WBFS manager i format and put the game onto the usb through the software. On WBFS it shows the game on the usb is there but on my system when i load USB loader GX nothing shows up.

USB i tried in ports 0 and 1 and no luck. Sometimes says usb no initialized but thats it.

here is my syscheck.

Format your drive using this guide here.

http://www.wiihacks.com/showthread.php?t=96770

Then transfer your games to your hard drive using Wii Backup Manager as per chapter 2. Do not use WBFS Manager. It's old and outdated.

Also, I noticed in your syscheck that you only had d2x installed in IOS 250. USB Loader GX defaults to IOS 249. Not a big deal. Just know that in order to run your games you may need to change your global settings to use 250 instead of 249. Hope this helps.

How are the files laid out on the drive?

They should be in /wbfs/Game Name/TitleID.wbfs (+ .wbf1 for split file)

Maybe try Wii Backup Manager instead? I think WBFS manager is considered deprecated now.
