is there an other way?
I find it easiest to play with my hands.
Usually I use my left on the D-pad and L trigger, My right hand is used for the buttons and R trigger.
I could see it would be possible to play with feet but I don't think I would be as good.

Another way to play it may be just closing your eyes and imagining the game. That would not require a retail cart or flashcart with ROM.

I'm sure there are other possible ways to play too though...

Another way is to draw a game imagine it's supermario bros and keep on changing your drawing
