Hardware New 3DS XL (U) Firmware Based on Serial Number

So I've been wanting to buy a New 3DS XL but i want to try and get one that is firmware 9.2.0-20 or lower so i can use the homebrew channel. I've tried looking for this information so telling me to search around will not help me. If someone could give me the information, or direct me to the right place to find out it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, that helps everything. Thanks, I swear though, I spent a solid hour searching around for something like that.
But too bad no stores I checked today had any of the ones listed for 9.0.0
