The dirtbag Chinese have no scruples with their fake garbage, but PayPal has your gullible ass covered. I would bet they refund you instantly whence you complain. I've been there. Don't wait, just file the claim.

Write to the seller, telling him that they're fakes.
I've done that with fake gba games and memory cards, and they have always refunded me AND let me keep the product.

This is why I'll only buy SD media from Amazon directly (not a seller), or from Walmart. Guaranteed not to be fakes in a brick-and-mortar store like Walmart or BestBuy. I buy the Walmart SD cards by Samsung because they're always going down in price, and are top-quality by Samsung. I can get a 32GB card for about $12, or a 64GB card for $20.
