Need help, got locked out of my other account.

I got locked out of my other account, i uninstalled google authenticator on my phone since it was low on space and when i tried reinstalling it on another phone i wasn't able to login
i even tried reinstalling it on the original phone with no luck logging in.
i tried to pm a supervisor but i don't know how to pm since "start a conversation" is gone from the conversation menu,
when i hit contact on the contact page all users pages say i have no permission to view the page.

I take it that you didn't have email verification enabled, right?

You can use one of the backup codes that's generated after setting up two-step verification. (…You did save those somewhere, right? ) Each of the backup codes consists of 3 three-digit numbers.
