Got my paws on this game today. I have yet to see Watch Dogs, eyes to screen but I swear, Need For Speed is BEAUTIFUL! A few things...

-No split screen LOCAL multiplayer is a disappointment.
-Motion steering seems overtly sensitive
-Analog stick turning doesnt seem as responsive or sharp
-I LOVE how every Wii U compatible controller (minus GameCube, too early for the adapter) is supported.
-I LOVE how you can change your button configuration. WTF happened to this in gaming?

I bought it specifically because I loved Hot Pursuit 2 for GameCube.
Also, here a screenshot I took of actual gameplay:

Does it play nice?

Very nice. Smooth as butter. The controls take a bit to get used to, but it's nothing game-breaking.
Decent content? "Story mode" (if you can call it that) duration?
There isn't too much of a "story mode." It's mostly missions scattered throughout the world.
As far as content goes, I wouldn't say it has an incredible amount, but the real reason to play it is to crash into cops, get them to chase you through a city and call the SWAT team. :rofl2:

Nope! :yaysp:
I really do like the open world, though. I especially love the hidden warp pipes.
Ok, you've enticed me XD I'm definitely going to be adding this to my "2015 video game wishlist", especially if I can find it cheap!

Edit: I was just looking at those pictures, and it hit me:
MAN Nintendo consoles have come a long way in terms of lighting engines!

How does $20 sound?

Totally agree! I remember when Luigi's Mansion had the best lighting. ;)

Haha! When you get it, let me know. I want to know what you think of it.

Certainly! It will likely be a little while, though. Like I said, I'm broke, I'd be using the last $20 cash I have (I have money in the bank, but emergency savings are nice)

Maybe I'll drop "subtle" hints to my girlfriend XD
