Which do you prefer? I personally like the DS Lite better and am in AW that they have better screens than some n3ds.

Compare the DS Lite battery to the DSi's battery. You'll clearly find out that the DS Lite has a much more better battery than the DSi.

Games? DS Lite has access to both DS and GBA games. DSi has access to all DS Games, many DSiWare titles and physical DSi Exclusives.

The DSi has support to connect to encrypted Wi-FI while the DS does not.

The DSi has a camera, the DS does not.

The DSi (and 3DS) has The Legend of Zelda Four Swords Anniversary Edition which is a fun local multiplayer game.

Overall, I prefer the DSi.

Why would you even consider buying a DSi with the 3DS out there?
I'd choose NDS over DSi anyway because of backward compatibility with GBA titles.
The encrypted support for Wi-Fi connections is literalli useless since DS online services are suspended.

I prefer the DSi for the bigger screens, better buttons (more clickly and less spongy). The gba compatibilty could be somewhat fixed with a DSTWO but my n3ds solves that issue (better screens as I have the IPS model, DSiWare, GBA, all other VC consoles). But of the two I find the DSi to be superior in almost every way.

Back on the day I preferred the DS-Lite because of its awesome battery life.
I hope one day comes again when we have a -current generation- handheld game console which can steadily provide 19 hours of gameplay on one charge.

I love my DSi way bettee than my ds-lite.

- better screen
- better sound
- decent battery life (it lasts for hours, I could play for the entire day before I need to charge it)
Buttons are much better, they basically improved them from the ds-lite.

The only advantage a ds-lite has, in my opinion, is the gba support :)

DSi for me. Better feel to it,
Sadly they don't do as many custom design colours and shells for it though.

The phat 1st style DS had the best feeling control buttons.

Other than the better battery life and the GBA games support, I can say that the Dsi is better than the Ds Lite in relatively all other fields such as the features, apps, hardware (maybe?) and etc. The buttons were something that I like in particular. I still have a Ds Lite in which the "A" button practically feels like air when pressed lol.

SylverReZ @ SylverReZ: Also nice. Never really watched Fallout on Prime, but sounds like a good show. +1
