I am currently in the process of transferring all my data from my emunand to my sysnand. I managed to successfully install b9s and now i would like to move all my data from Emunand to Sysnand and then update to the latest version.

I am following this guide and am stuck at Section IV: https://3ds.guide/move-emunand

The problems occurs on section IV.3 where it says to select “NAND image options…”, then select “Restore SysNAND (safe)”. The problem is whenever i try to restore i keep getting an error: MBR partition0 is corrupt. And error: NAND dump is corrupt. It asks me if I sill want to continue but I'm too scared to do it cause I don't want to brick anything. So I made another backup of my emunand using GodMode9 and i tried restoring using that one but I'm getting the same error messages! Should I ignore the errors? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make a backup of your sysNAND and then try to restore your emuNAND to your sysNAND. If something goes wrong, you can restore your sysNAND.
