Using a HDD as a start up drive is something people did in the 00's

I boot into windows 10 with an HDD from 2012 in like 5 seconds. Windows 10 doesn't hate it, Microsoft wants more money so they'll let you have those speeds using some of the extra code that they made only if you pay them more money for a slightly different Windows.

No. 1 week ago i've using windows 8 and boot time only 15 second with hdd. Before i setting my bios the boot time is 1 minutes 7 second.
