Okay so I'm pretty new to N3DS hardware modding , although I've modded a lot of other things like desktop, laptop motherboards and psps , the only mod I've done so far is a Wifi antenna mod where i replaced it with the NookHD+ ACON wifi Antenna , the cable seemed shity so I used one from a CISCO business repeater.

Mods done so far:
*C Stick.
*Wifi antenna.
*NAND mod.

Mods that will be done VERY soon:
*Large internal battery.
*Moved SD slot(GPD XD position).
*Internal SD card reader.

Here is a little list of the mods I'm going to attempt to do:
*Speaker mod(I'm currently looking for a VERY tiny Bluetooth audio transmitter)
*PC controller mod(I'll try and do this but it wont be any time soon)

Here is some mods I MAY do:
*PC controller port.
*Micro USB charge port(If they don't bring any add-on's that plug in.)
*Speaker mod.

Now sits on the bottom part of N3DS XL.

The Splendor ACON H/F antenna, original cable was very weak replaced with a CISCO repeater cable.

Results of the wifi mod is good, really long range, I can pick up my wifi from the end of the road :D and the speed doesn't decrease.

Thank you for your time please tell me if you think any of these mods are not worthwhile.

UPDATE**
I have mapped out how the SD card reader will work with the slot moved.

I have now figured out on adding the internal battery, I will be using a 2100mAh 3.7 battery and use the charger protection circuit from the N3DS XL battery to make this work between here I will ad my XOR gate.

i have a psp-1000 nub as c stick and i love it, but don't just plug it on the c stick holder, glue it in, makes it feel so much better.
i also have hard mod. it's a n3ds xl, i love both of these mods, but i've never heared of the wifi mod nor do i know what you'd want to do to the speakers :P?
really like this stuff though

noo. i'm talking about wifi. instead of 2.4ghz wifi to have 5ghz on the 3ds, i'd be so much faster and stable =)
To enable a 5ghz band will mean changing the whole network adapter, also means adding drivers into a custom 3DS firm which will have to be recompiled for every new system firm, the cost will not be worth the result, this mod just increases range and strength.
Also the driver will have to be ported to work on the 3DS the time isn't really worthwhile.

Although now you mention it I may try it :D

A bit of progress C-Stick coming tomorrow, will start NAND mod soon, designing some blueprints for internal battery and internal SD card reader, although as of now I'm quite busy with school, I'm checking the Wifi IC chip , seeing if I can use the one from the CISCO repeater, max i would take is 5 weeks.

That's all for now, sorry just a really busy guy.

Okay NAND mod will be ready in about roughly a week.
