Hacking missing play coin setter file

I tried to get the 3dsx file for play coin setter but it is missing. could anyone help or send their copy of the file to me?

you can just use JKSM to set coins to 300

You'd have to compile it yourself, hang on I might have it on hand.

Here, I had it sitting on my computer.

Do what Hunter suggested. set the play coins to max using JKSM, no need to have useless apps or files on your SD card. You can set them to 300 and when you need more just use JKSM again to get more.
