Microsoft seems to be stepping up its game regarding mixed reality. Literally.

During GDC 2017, the company announced its plans concerning mixed reality and there's something in it for console gamers too:

We’re also excited to share that Windows Mixed Reality experiences will light up on other devices over time, beyond desktop and Microsoft HoloLens. Our plan is to bring mixed reality content to the Xbox One family of devices, including Project Scorpio, in 2018.

This appears to be Microsoft's direct take on the PSVR, with a twist. How do you reckon it will fare?

rare please stop fucking conker up, you have ruined what was an excellent character/game, revive him to his glory.

i think VR would be great in conjunction with kinect, not only do you witness the game as if you was in the game, the kincect could then track your movements into the game.

maybe also include a walk mat so you would walk/run on the spot and you turned by moving your head looking in the direction you want to go.

these are the advances i like to see in gaming, not bullshit gimmick controllers using out of date technology that fail to bring anything new (yes this is a dig at the switch detachable controllers)
