Homebrew mic in no$gba don't work

i'm stuck here in no$gba 2.4c..
i passed the part i need to blow to open a door in the basment .
but here all i do don't help to shut the candle, i tried everything with the mic..

and that's must be the solution from gamefaqs

Now that the woman is free, she yacks to you for a while. I just chose the top
option for everything she asked me. You'll end up upstairs with the Pirate
and the woman. She'll look into her crystal ball. Select the first option. When
the pirate leaves, talk to the woman again. She'll mark a place down on your
map. We should head there now. The door that was once flowing with electricity
is now acessable. Go up to it and open it. Beyond the door, you'll meet an
enemy that you don't want to get too close to: the electric chuchu. If you
touch it or even whack it with your sword, you'll get shocked. We'll deal with
them later. Head up the stairs and you'll see a volcano exploding. Get to it
by going up and around from the left side and then back down the right side. At
the enterance of the volcano are two candles. Stand close to them and blow into
the mic to put them out, thus opening the door.

help any? stupid mic :S

don't let go of your stylus aim it towards the candle, and then blow it?

i tried pointing at the fire and candle and blowing for 5 minutes nothing workes.. donno what's going on , and how it worked b4.. :X

Try turning the microphone gain up if possible. The game may be looking for maxed out mic input to detect blowing.

Oh btw you can't be using cheat, I found using cheat will prvent the microphone from working.

maybe i can emulate microphone..
or just send the save to someone who will pass it in real ds

mic's working fine on this emulator. I use my headset mic.

and what mic u used..

btw in this brain age checking rom the mic didn't worked too.
(rock, paprer and scizors thing )
