ROM Hack Mario Kart DS hacking using 3DS

I have a N3DS running luma cfw and a retail cart of Mario Kart for the NDS, I just wanted to know if there was anyway to hack it (eg. Unlock everything, speed hack, item hack) without using action replay or some other hardware. Is there?
