Actually, there's three files with similar names, but not exactly this one mentioned.

Yeah couldn't find it either.

EDIT: main menu also show Local Multiplayer instead of Local Multi/CTDP like I've seen on the videos.

I see what happens, EUR game has common-ex.szs and USA has common-ux.szs "E" may mean Europe and "U", USA.
Try renaming common-ee.szs in the download to common-ue.szs and replace files again.

It only loads when booted through hans. If you boot the game normally it's like nothing ever happened, but through the launcher loadd ctgp

Alot of efforthttp://wololo.net/2015/10/28/tutorial-hack-pack-3ds-rom-use-hans/ just substitute pokemon neo with the ctgp files. And when ur deleting 1-1000, ignore the bold text saying dont delete 0001000 or whatever, it doesnt apply to ctgp. Good luck, took me 3 days.

The UI seems not change for Japanese roms，So I don't know which course are changed，but the modded courses work fine.

I downloaded from the temp dropbox link and dumped my own USA RomFS from a physical 1.1 cart on ironhax 2.5, FW 10.1. A bit annoying since I don't know where the tracks are, but everything else seems to work fine. Great work guys!

Rename common-ee.szs to common-ue.szs before replscing file. (common-je.szs for jpn)
