@PabloMK7 The error is not in the bootntselector, the error was presented in the CTGP-7 launcher that allows configuring the game. I ran the bootntselector and the game worked perfectly. More if I use the CTGP-7 launcher the game presents the mentioned problem.

This error is only being displayed in version 11.4. I ran the game on my old 3DS in version 11.3 and it worked perfectly.

The bootntrselector is the only one that is supporting version 11.4.
No, CTGP-7 NTR launcher supports 11.4

Both apps are the same thing. It's probably a coincidence. Is CTGP-7 updated to the latest version?

The cia version I created containing the update is working correctly. The error is only appearing in the version that uses the NTR.
I've tried myslef and I'm not experiencing any problems (except for some lag in some tracks)
Could you tell me the following?
  • Were you using a digital or cartridge copy?
  • Did you have the 1.1 update from the eshop?
  • Which EXACT track did the game froze?
  • (If you remember) Where exactly in the track the game froze?
  • Which mode were you playing on? (GP 50cc, GP 100cc, TT, etc)
  • Which character and kart combination were you using?
  • Did you have the speedometer and cc selector plugins enabled?

As much info you give me more are the chances that I fix it.

  • The game crashes when I'm near the finish line on the third lap.
  • Locking always occurs on the third circuit.

There is a possibility that if you're in an outdated version, update directly to the latest instead of updating to the next one until you get the latest? Because I hadn't played it since a few days and I found that once I updated and restarted the game it asked me again to update, and so on until I had the latest version.

Because I hadn't played it since a few days and I found that once I updated and restarted the game it asked me again to update, and so on until I had the latest version.
It's done that way for convenience. In some updates I change the way the updater works so updating directly wouldn't work. Other reason is that the files in the SD are what get updated, so I can't just download the whole latest pack which is 200MB.

So with Luma 7.0 we now can use layeredFS to use this mod without the need for NTR. I have successfully got this to work. Are you going to support that route as well? If so, it would be great to have an updater for the Luma3DS method as well, the update files need to be downloaded to a different folder.
