I'm glad to hear they are back because of their fightsticks
Nice. All the younger siblings/cousins can rest easy. There will always be a crap controller for them.
I've owned madcatz products in the past had a few ps1 controllers that were pretty good I think one of my gamecube controllers that had turbo was a madcatz and had a gamecube memory card by them that was really good I still have it despite no longer having a gamecube. I think it's a little late if they're trying to get back into the console market.
I dunno, Nyko had the only extended battery for the 3DS at the time, that worked well enough that I've certainly recommended it to at least a few of my friends to have, and gifted one for my wifey's 3DS. We've both since moved on to N3DS systems, but that was more for upgrade rather than any fault of the quality of the battery.
I believe Mad Catz made the only GameCube wireless controller I liked, seeing that it was the only one that most resembled the Wavebird and retained rumble functionality. That one died last year.
"MadCatz, the legendary name"
Has literally anyone ever been positive about madcatz? I mean, more positive than "well, it's the only controller I have, may as well use it"

I stand corrected.
Dear god no, stay dead you zombie abomination.
Sad to see Mad Catz hate, their fightsticks were top of the line and had a big impact on the FGC
Funny they cut away to all this fighting game footage in that promo but they don't have a new stick or pad.
i remember having a really tiny madcatz gamecube controller back in the day which was great for my tiny little baby hands XD
Sigh, yeah, i remember them...
you all may hate their controllers and stuff, but they're the main reason that i could even game with my friends, those controllers are so damn cheap
Cheap doesn't mean that they need to be poorly built.
Every MadCatz product I've ever encountered/used has either been poorly made or break very easily. The GameShark SP for GBA broke. Sega Dreamcast controller, broke. Gamecube controller, broke. Question, are their Fight sticks actually that good? I have never heard good things til today.
This makes me happy, I always loved their controllers.
Have to follow the fighting game community to really hear anything reguarding fightsticks/arcade sticks but when madcatz was originally in business people mostly liked them over any other companies fightsticks/arcade sticks.
They started the whole fightstick craze during the original street fighter 4 days.
I still have my madcatz wireless gamecube controller I had bought from gamestop years ago... drains AAA batteries like crazy.... I hope that doesn't happen with their newer products...
Player 2 garbage that we held with pride, and also for the fact that you could buy a GC controller from them and have enough for a game. So they're sticking to PC hardware, or do you think they would move towards game console accessories too?
Pelican made THE best GameCube controllers for people with big hands, though
their PS2 controller were great I had one GC controller from them the rumble motor burner out after about a month other than that it was a good controller.
