Hacking Luma3DS Splash screen staying and flicking on bottom screen

Hey Guys,

I don't know why but since yesterday, my splash screen is staying in background on the bottom screen only.
The image is flicking.
No matter what I do, it stay. Even with the SD card not inserted (Wich the splash screen is on).

Anyone have ever encounter this problem?
Screen problem?

The 3Ds is just 1 month old

- I Removed to battery for 15 minutes. Still there but less visible.
- The splash screen option is off in Luma configuration

Anyone know a homebrew for screen Pixel repair - Might fix it.

It's probably burnt into the screen. Happened on my 2DS once.

How could this happen when the splash screen appear only at boot for 2 seconds.

I have nooo idea, something you could try as a last resort that helped me too:
Download a pure white or black background, put it on your SD Card and view it using the Photo app for a minute or two.

Looks like an hardware issue.

That right now happened to me with similar EnergyStar startup screen, a tiny part just persisted on the lower-left side on top screen while on GodMode9 or Decrypt9WIP but it went away after I shut downed my New 3DS XL for a while as I checked on HourGlass9.

Dang that sucks that its not even that old yet.
But yea it does look like screen burn in.
You can try the all white screen as others have said and see if it goes away.

Its now gone away but I really don't know why this happen.
Im scared that it came back somedays and its too late for a return.
Will call walmart tomorrow to see if return for 3ds are 15 days or 30 days.

Should you keep this 3DS or get another one...
In Luma's boot settings (when holding select)
set the brightness to 1.

So the bootscreen isn't as bright anymore.
