Homebrew Luma (rosalina) install cia beta

I can see this being useful for the guide as you can install FBI easier than ever this way. Even if it doesn't become a super reliable cia installer, it can at least install FBI.
To be honest, FBI wouldn't be needed if Luma can provide it's own cia installer already. I still like FBI for it's File manager and TitleDB and title manager features. So it's definitely a must have eiter way.

Compiled this earlier and it is installing titles with little issue. There is one minor bug that I keep running into though where the console soft-resets after I've finished installing my titles. Maybe this is supposed to happen and I am just oblivious?
