Lost Sphear demo out now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & STEAM

Square Enix Ltd., today announced that players can experience the power of Memory in a brand-new demo for LOST SPHEAR, the second title from Tokyo RPG Factory. The free demo is now available on the Nintendo Switch from the Nintendo eShop, the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system from the PlayStation Store and STEAM.

In the demo, players will join Kanata and his friends on their adventure and get an early look at some of the exciting new features in LOST SPHEAR, including:
  • The Artefacts system which allows players to utilise restored Memories to customise their user-interface, obtain player bonuses, as well as advance the mysterious story
  • Vulcosuit armor mechs, which provide new traversal methods to explore the world around you
  • Powerful and special Paradigm Drive attacks unique to each character to overcome your foes
LOST SPHEAR will be available digitally from the PlayStation Store, Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch, and STEAM on 23rd January 2018. Those who pre-order on the PlayStation Store will receive a “Memoirs of the Moon” dynamic PlayStation 4 theme, as well as two music tracks. Those who pre-order on STEAM will receive a custom LOST SPHEAR wallpaper, as well as two music tracks.

The game will also be available as a physical package from the SQUARE ENIX Online Store and select retailers for the PlayStation 4 system and Nintendo Switch. Fans who pre-order the game from the SQUARE ENIX Online Store will receive two music tracks as a gift at launch.

Tried the demo.
Honestly, I recommend waiting for the full game, since the demo doesn't seem to be convenient enough to understand what's happening there.

Finally got around to trying the demo.
Seems promising. I love turn based games where battlefield positioning matters, and ATB makes combat feel more alive.
Very interested. Wish the demo had a bit more meat to it.
