@gamesquest1 is the only hardmodder in the UK I know of. There might be others but they probably aren't on GBAtemp.

New England is actually the North East part of America. Basically Massachusetts, Vermont, others.
I know, I am from Massachusetts.
On topic, despite being from there, I don't live there anymore. Ironically all my tools are still up there too >.<
