Hacking List of Games you can´t play without emunand

Well, my 3ds will not arrive until new update come.

Anyone know what games i will lose having only gateway mode?

EDIT: All games listed above work without emunand (except for the red ones)
EDIT 2:As long as you are using the 2.0b1 firmware

Emunand has no effect on game compatibility. There is no difference for retail games. You only need the fake 6.3 fw if you want to buy and redownload eshop games.

what about getting the game update Patches from the E-shop
Mario Kart 7
Pokemon X
Pokemon Y
Devil Survivor Overclocked
Mysteries of London
Lego Chima game
Style game
that Samurai love sim
and another game i forget

there is 9 updates for game on the E-shop in EUR, maybe more in USA or JAP
but the update data works with the flashcards

and you do need the RedNAND/EmuNAND for certain ROMs to work IIRC

Do you need the game to download its update, or can you download them all in advance for future use?


I never connected to eshop, I'll probably test it with emunand today. (though, I never accepted their TOS, I hope I won't screw my realnand when doing it).
You can't download game updates without accepting the TOS? (WiiU can do it)

You do not need the games to download the updates

You will have to accept the TOS. I accepted it and nothing went wrong for me but im not responsible for anything that happens to your console. One person said to turn off your router the second you accept the TOS (I didn't do this)

i tried a couple times. after successfully format the emunand using gateway gui and reboot into gateway mode, i set the wifi along with accepting TOS. all went well. however i accidentally exit the setting once, which cause 3DS to reboot into normal mode. if we stay in setting menu, we are safe.

I believe DSiWare games from the eshop dont work on the Emunand.

i have my emunad in 4.5 all roms that work with gateway work in that system firm. im kinda of afraid to update my real nand instead of emunand.
but i may need it in the future when some roms require actual 6.x to work.
dont know what to do
