I confirm Sonic 2 GG (EUR) works on R4i Gold Firmware 4.02b

No technical reason. BigBlueBox is the main group doing eshop dumps, and they focus on euro releases, that's all.

I see, thanks, though none of them is of my interest, except Picross as I said before.

Mutant Mudds dump would be just half of the game as there's a big free DLC which adds a lot more levels, + checkpoint. I would rather buy it for another console than pirating a halfassed version, but the PS3, Vita and U releases did never come over here...
